Rain was dripping on my raincoat. It was 3:00pm and I was outside of the airport. Today was a windy day. “Hey,” a stranger yelled as I walked toward the front doors to the airport. He was tall and had an MSU sweater. I still couldn’t see his face. “No!” I screamed.
My ticket was a few feet above me. Today wasn’t only raining; it was windy too. He jumped and caught the ticket in his left hand. No, I won’t be able to go to my conference in Florida, I thought. I have one clue: he will be in the Florida section.
Once I made my way to the airport I got to security right away. I saw a tall man with an MSU sweater.
“Stop right there,” I said. An old man with an ordinary green sweater turned around. “Huh!” he gasped.
“Whoops, I’m sorry to bother you. I’m just looking for my airline ticket. Someone stole it from me. He had an MSU sweater; he was very tall,” I said.
“Oh. I saw him walk that way.”
I ran to the right of the security. There he was! “You stole my ticket,” I yelled. “I caught you, now hand me the airline ticket before I call the cops.” He gave me the ticket. I only had twenty minutes.
I ran through security and ran to the Florida section. Everyone was boarding the plane. I got in just in time. I was lucky I could make it to my conference.
