Rocks: A Dialogue

Joey Brar, 7
Northside Elementary

The first rock said, “I’m bored! I want to move!”

“I’m not -- no homework!” said the other rock.
“We can move if someone kicks us, but who will kick us?”
“A rock can’t.”
“I mean a person.”
“Oh.”
“I just got kicked! Whoo! That was fun, see? But I want to move myself….”

A Bird With A Password

Joey Brar, 7
Northside Elementary

Once upon a time a wolf bit a bird--
a bird which was a baby bird.
The bird said a word and heard a password.
The password was AKA4388Y99X6.
The password was to a cave.
The bird then went and hid and lied in its mind.
It lied about the bird that died--it was alive!
And then the bird died, but it actually didn’t.
He lived and it can get in and out and fly to a city.
By the time he is in the city,
he can fly into his home on a tree.
By this time now, he is in his home tree.

Stuff I Know

Joey Brar, 7
Northside Elementary

When I grow up I will be a computer man. I know which codes on it. I know that will be busy. I also know that school is busy too. Living a dog is busy. You need to feed it, walk it, and do work for it and I know that bumpy means that it is like a mountain. And also I know that you eat every day.
The End.
