Cooking Show Pitch

Across the United States, citizens are frequently viewing cooking shows. Through there are many different shows, each bringing something unique to the world of cooking, never before has there been a cooking show featuring desserts for pets.

There is an urgent need in America for easier access to pet treats. Every day, as a family sits down for their dessert, a dog or cat sits mournfully at their feet without so much as a crumb. Not only would a pet cooking channel benefit the pets, it would make for a heightened enjoyment of dessert for humans, as the addition of pet treats in homes would reduce begging and crying from under the table.

The solution to the problem concerning thousands of treatless pets is simple. Petcakes: Treats for Household Animals would explore a wide variety of pet desserts, from cookies for cats to chocolate mousse for fish. Every week, humans and pets alike would tune in to watch expert chefs make gourmet desserts for pets, pre-tested by some of the world’s toughest critics: the chefs’ own dogs and cats.

With widespread knowledge of human desserts readily available, there is no need for another human cooking show. To all dessert-loving humans, it’s time to think of our pets. No longer can we ignore their sad, begging eyes as we greedily eat our own desserts. Supporting Petcakes means supporting your pet. Help revolutionize the world of cooking shows and support one that has never been seen before.
