Eberwhite Elementary
Once upon a time there were two kids. One was named Toasty Toaster and the other’s name was Butter Popcorn and this is a story of how Butter helped Toasty.
One morning Toasty woke up not able to make toast and he needed to make some for his parents. So Toasty calls butter to help him so butter gets directions from his dad how to fix a toaster. After he got the directions he asked his dad to borrow his tools and ladder. So Butter makes a paper airplane and flies himself to Toasty’s house. When Butter gets there he tries to use the ladder to get up on the counter where Toasty is. On his first attempt he was almost up to the counter when he falls off. On his second attempt he’s almost there when the ladder starts to fall down so he grabs on to a trash can handle and falls into the trash can. Butter thinks he cannot get out but an idea sparks into his head. I should use the tools to climb up the trash can and up on the counter. After he got up he tried to fix Toasty but since the tools were broken from the climb they caught on fire and he threw them in the sink.
“Okay,” said Toasty, “Now are you going to fix me?”
“Wait,” said Butter. “I just noticed what’s wrong. It’s that you’re unplugged.”
“Why’d I never notice that?” said Toasty.
