Once upon a time there was an orange named Bob. Bob lived in America and loved to play basketball. Bob had a pet cat. The cat was very calm. The cat loved to meow the song “Yankee Doodle.” The cat’s name was Billy Bob Joe. One day, Bob went to his girlfriend’s house. His girlfriend’s name is Oranget. She is not stinky, but she smells like flowers. When he got to Oranget’s house, she wasn’t there. He had a key to her house. When Bob went in, he couldn’t find her. Maybe she had gone somewhere and forgot about their date. But no, there are muddy footprints on the floor! Maybe if Bob followed the footprints he could find his girlfriend. He followed the tracks all the way to the grocery store. It wasn’t very far. And then his girlfriend came out. He said, “You forgot about our date.” “Oops,” Oranget said. “Let’s go.”
